I am available for home visits for all animals and also dog boarding at our pet friendly, fun-loving home in Shakopee. For boarding: All dogs must be up to date on all of their vaccines and food must be provided by you to avoid any upset tummies. They may also bring a favorite blanket or sleeping item, but please, no toys, we have plenty here for everyone. Dogs sleep in our room or my daughter's room and are part of the family during their stay with us (unless otherwise requested differently by you that they sleep in a kennel to keep routine as normal as possible). I strive to maintain the same rules you would have at your home. Dogs must be OK with cats!

I am available to do three walks/visits a day and possible overnights, depending on location and situation. I am available on holidays, but I fill up fast, so please schedule as far ahead as possible.

We have 4 dogs, Zoey (4 yr. old St Bernard), Jersey (9 yr. old Golden Retriever), Buddy (5 yr. old Puggle), and Bogie (2 yr old Shepherd mix); and also a fluffy, playful kitty named Bella, who keeps them all in line. Our pets are very well socialized, friendly, and playful. My family and I volunteer with a no-kill, non-profit organization that helps dogs and cats find permanent loving homes. I have owned fish, birds and other small mammals. I volunteered at a wildlife rehabilitation center for a few years, and have experience cleaning cages and feeding birds and small mammals. I am very patient, playful and loving and will show them the attention they need.

I am experienced in administering medicines and caring for injuries if necessary. I can also water your plants, check your mail, grab your newspaper, turn on/off lights, etc., or whatever else you need while you are away; just ask and I will do my best to accommodate your and your pets every need.
