From my first phone conversation with Jonel, I felt instantly at ease about leaving my cat and my home in her care. As time progressed, I became more and more impressed with this amazing woman. She earned the love of my standoffish older cat, played with him and snuggled with him in addition to simply providing food and water. I have the photos and email updates she sent to prove it! She alerted me to the strange sounds coming from my heater (my oversight not to warn her) and put out my trash cans when the neighborhood obviously had trash day. She even swept leaves since my big tree was shedding in November. I came home to a very clean house and some delightful welcome home surprises (which I won't spoil for her other new clients). She balances being very professional and efficient with an incredibly friendly demeanor. She took initiative to handle possible problems and made me feel absolutely secure to enjoy my vacation. I was just looking for someone to feed my cat, but Jonel provided so much more!

When I first interviewed Jonel to dog sit for us, I immediately felt comfortable with her way of conducting business, professionalism but above all else her sense of humor and her obvious true love of animals. We had just adopted two young dogs from the animal shelter. We were very concerned about leaving them and entrusting someone with them we did not know. We had never hired a pet sitter before and Jonel went above and beyond our expectations. I will never use anyone else again if I can help it! Not only did she take tremendous care of our animals, but she kept the house spotless and made sure we had no worries whatsoever when we were out of town on our anniversary trip to Disneyworld. The pictures and text messages we received with loving messages from the dogs further put our minds at ease and became something we would look forward to every day. The best part of it was coming home to clean house, happy dogs and homemade doggy treats and getting to read the activity journal she kept on a daily basis. I enjoyed reading about the events that transpired while we were away. Jonel is an awesome person and amazing at what she does. We are so pleased and blessed to have found her!
