My very first memory of love was for that of an animal. I was raised on a farm in South Carolina, brought up riding and showing horses. In my 34 years on this earth, I have never been without a dog or cat. I have a passion for animals and animal rights. In addition to showing horses, my parents owned a pet store for about 18 years when I was growing up. I had every pet you could imagine, even a skunk! I love animals. I believe animals should be treated and adored as one of the family. I have worked, mostly volunteer, with animals since my teen years. You ask for years of paid experience. I have many, many years of experience. I just never needed to be paid for doing something I was so passionate about.
