Animals have always been a part of my life. When I was born, we had two cats and later got a rabbit. In the last five years, I have spent more time with dogs, which I love! I am currently registered as a volunteer at Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael. In fact, our family has decided to do foster care for guide dogs on a short-term basis. For the past five years, I have helped neighbors, walking and running their dogs, as well as pet-sitting in my home for up to three weeks at a time. I have also checked on neighbors' cats when they are away, feeding and spending time with them, as needed. I took care of a Lab who had cancer for the last year she was alive. Her owner could not care for her, as he had lost his wife in a tragic accident. I still miss her. Please consider me for your pet care needs.
