I have been in the animal care field for 12 years. I have worked as a veterinary technician from high school up to present time. I went to school for veterinary technology, passed my national exam gaining my certification and also received my Bachelors in Animal Science from Rutgers University. I have had many years of experience working with large and small animals, most commonly dogs and cats. I currently supervise a small group of veterinary technicians at my current place of employment. I enjoy spending time with animals, can walk, feed, play, give medications, bathe, etc. I also have experience working in an emergency hospital and am able to recognize signs of illness, pain and distress, injury, etc. and provide immediate care. I have only began pet sitting within the past few years. I currently have an adorable cat named Piper and have owned dogs in the past. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
