I have been pet-sitting since 1991. My first job was thrust upon me by my friend; she decided she did not want to do this anymore. So I took over the job of watching three dogs, one was a diabetic, so I learned how to give a shot. When the owner returned she was a little annoyed, but was glad someone was caring for her dogs, so that was my first experience pet sitting and I have been doing it since. I love all animals and have experience with dogs, cats, birds, horses, all farm animals, reptiles, and fish. I have taken horse management classes on how to care for horses, cleaning, feeding, identifying if they are sick, and even breeding. I will be taking the Level1 Certified Pet Care Technician test on line, so I will be certified. I feel I have a good repore with animals.
