I currently love, own and care for seven animals, all of them rescues. With consistent love and care, I helped save the lives of four (4) of my current pet family. My little Pomeranian/Chihuahua was born with a hole in her heart and was not given long to live. I took her to Michigan for open heart surgery and helped nurse her back to health. Today she is 6 years old and vibrantly healthy. One of my cats had pneumonia when I took him in and I nursed him back to health. Another cat was abandoned by his mother at two weeks old, and I fed him a baby bottle of kitten formula every two hours until he was ready to move on to kitty food. I manually did literally everything his mother would have done with cotton balls, q-tips and love. He is now 13 years old and still a BIG baby. I took in a stray, wild puppy who lost her entire family from tragedy. It took six months of constant love and affection to win her trust. She is now 12 years old and has been the sweetest loving dog. She had a torn ACL which I tool her to Columbus for surgery. It took an entire summer to rehabilitate her. In my lifetime I have loved, owned, assisted in deliveries and cared for 20 pets. I am a true pet lover.
