I have been an animal lover since I was young and have always done anything to be close to and involved with all kinds of animals. These were mainly cats, dogs, birds, small mammals, most frequently; although, I would consider a variety of animals. Since I retired in 2005, I have several family members and friends for whom I have house-sat and pet-sat, several times a year. I've been with 2 cats and 2 dogs in one house, 13 cats and 2 dogs in one house, and single and double animals, at once also. I can take the dogs for walks, also training them on walking correctly, give them scheduled medications if they are prescribed them, train barkers to not bark, and most any other things the owners wish for, or have already done, themselves. I'm hoping my age will not stop clients from at least interviewing me. I am a very healthy 67-year-old and can do all that I've stated above. Retired people can be very, very reliable also.
