I love all animals but I am the proud mama of 7 kitties. I recently adopted 4 kittens who were born in my backyard. I had the intention of socializing them so they could be placed for adoption but unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I fell in love with the little ones. I have three older cats ranging in age from 14 to 5 years. I am also taking care of the kittens' mama, however she is a feral and stays outside. I was able to capture her and have her spayed so we won't have more babies from her. My daughter has a very handsome Chion dog (Chihuahua and Papillon) who I refer to as my grandson. He is a great hiker and we take him everywhere we go.

I am more experienced taking care of cats than dogs as I have had cats in my family for 30 years and just recently (in the last three years) fell in love with dogs also.
