Courtney was great taking care of our cat, Johnny. We had previously had a couple of negative experiences with pet care while we went away, but Courtney settled our fears. She took in our mail, changed and cleaned the litter box, provided fresh food and water, and played with Johnny. She was also extremely patient with my worries and reminders and frequently updated me about the apartment and Johnny's status.
