Christine's Bio

I just moved to Philadelphia recently after spending 6 years doing pet sitting and teaching dog agility and behavior training in New Cumberland, PA. I share my home with four fur kids, three dogs and a cat. Previous to this, I've also had rabbits.

I have been helping others with their pets for as long as I can remember. In addition to caring for your pet's daily needs of exercise, feeding and cleaning, I have...

Katie R. says:
Christine did a great job with my dog while I was away on vacation. Sammy has separation anxiety and she was very accommodating. She was willing to bring him back to our house to his "comfort zone" during the day. Sammy had a great week and I could tell he got plenty of attention by the pictures and updates she sent me throughout the week. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Joelle Z. says:
I have an elderly cat with special needs, litterbox issues, and regular medication requirements. When we began planning for a vacation this summer, I needed someone who could handle all of this.

Christine was amazing. Responsible, caring and very capable. She managed all of our cat's needs and gave her lots of love and attention. She even covered for us at the last minute on the night we were returning...

Donna E. says:
Christine may be good with pets, I don't know since I chose not to hire her after she lectured me in an email exchange about not calling after asking for her telephone number. I found her to be pretty curt.

Christine P. responds:
Below is a copy of the email I wrote to Donna E. She told me she would call and I was holding accepting other care jobs until I heard from her. We did not have a commitment but since I had spoken to her and she was considering me, I could not accept other jobs out of courtesy until I had a definite yes or no from her. I was merely following up to see whether or not I should move on with my waiting list. I wanted... More
Scott I. says:
Christine has taken care of my 2 Labs and cat several times since October of 2009. It has been anywhere from overnight to 9 days straight. Along with the usual food/water, she has spent quality time with them walking and playing and even cleaning up occasional "accidents". She is prompt, dependable and flexible to schedule changes. I could not ask for a better pet caregiver! Scott I.
