Hello, all! I love caring for animals. Mainly, I have had experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I hope to eventually start my own pet-sitting and walking business in the Middletown, CT area. For the moment, I am just working on helping people take care of their pets on a part-time basis. I love being around animals. I currently own a rescue dog. I have also rescued three rabbits. I am passionate about rescue and I believe we should treat animals with as much compassion as we should treat our fellow human being. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, and have experience feeding, bathing, grooming, walking and administering several types of medications (tablets, liquids, eye meds, topical skin meds). I have a B. S. degree in Biology (Pre-Vet) from Fairfield University. I am currently a math/science teacher(part-time) and do clerical work full-time. I also have a veterinary assistant certificate from Middlesex Community College, and have done an internship at a Veterinary Hospital in Middletown (Pieper-Olsen). I honestly want to just be around pets and take care of them the best I can for you when situations arise where you cannot be at home. I know I would want the same for my pet!
