I currently have an 9-year-old, gorgeous, Golden Retriever. I can't remember more than a year or two in my life when I haven't had at least one dog. I absolutely love them, regardless of size, shape, appearance, age, temperament or background, and they feel this. Dogs are a source of unconditional love, and we humans are very blessed who understand this and are able to return it without inhibition. I have been caring for the dogs of others for about three years, walking them, staying with them and stopping by for some play time. Most dogs take to me right away and feel safe and comfortable in my care.
