I have had pets from anywhere to fish to puppies, I have a lab mix puppy named Charlie and he is my baby. I have been taking care of animals ever since I was 8 so I know what to do when I meet an animal for the first time. I do ask if you are in need of my services that you specify what type of animals you have, please note that due to lack of experience I cannot pet sit farm animals like horses, cows, pigs etc. but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I PET SIT SNAKES OF ANY KIND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL ME!
I have a very reasonable fee wich are below and I have also set it by weight- (P. H.= PER HOUR, P. P= PER PET, G. F= GROOMING FEE, E. T. F.= EXTRA TRAINING FEE)
Fish, reptiles (other than snakes): $5. 50 p. h./p. p.
Small pets (3-10 pounds): $6. 50 p. h./p. p/g. f/e. t. f
Medium size pets (more than 12 pounds but less than 25 pounds): Usually for this size the amount is determined once I see the size of the animal(s) but I usually do this size between $7. 00-$7. 75 p. h/p. p/g. f/e. t. f
Large animals (any animal over 25 pounds): Large animals are harder to handle so my fee is a little high but very reasonable:$9. 00-$12. 50 p. h./p. p/g. f./e. t. f.
I reserve the right to refuse to keep any animal that I feel is a danger to my safety (poisonous snakes, horses, cows etc.) I will keep pit bulls ONLY IF THEY ARE LOVING AND PLAYFUL, I do realize that pit bulls that are loving by nature are usually put down, but to me it's how they are trained is the problem not the dog. Rotweliers and Pit Bulls do carry a $1. 50 extra fee due to the reps of the breeds. The extra training fee is attached for breeds like pits and rotts sometimes the larger breeds need a little more training to keep their peaceful nature, but the extra training fee is only enforced if both myself and the pet owner deems it necessary, meaning I only enforce the fee if extra training is requested. I will keep just about any animal but pits are known for fighting, so with that being said if an animal lunges, bites etc. at me I will have no choice but to call Animal Control AS A LAST RESORT! I believe every animal deserves a chance to be loved especially pits and breeds like them, so I will only take drastic measures only if I feel my safety is compromised.
