I have experience caring for cats and dogs. As a child and teenager, I had two cats (tabby and American shorthair) and a dog (Shetland Sheepdog), which allowed me to develop responsibility and knowledge of care for these animals. In addition, I also was a dog-sitter for my neighbor's energetic yellow Labrador Retriever when I was in my younger years. Recently, I have also taken care of a family friend's dog several times when they have taken vacations. This dog was an older Rottweiler/Lab mix. During all of my jobs involving pet care, I made sure that the pet had the proper food and water, played with them, took them on walks, petted them, and gave them LOTS of love! Also, I have worked at a pet supply store in the past, which has enabled me to gain more knowledge about pet care. I absolutely love animals, and I would bring a lot of attention, compassion, and love for your pets as well!
