I am a contract field biologist from Vancouver, Canada, now living in Menlo Park. I have a Bachelors degree with a double major in Biology and Psychology with 15 years of pet sitting experience. I am a true animal lover and have cared for pets of friends and families for over 15 years with both daily visits and week long stays. Animals I have cared for include: dogs (large and small), cats, birds, and farm animals (pigs, cows, chickens, and ducks). I also have experience administering meds to pets daily. Currently I am fostering cats from an organization called "Fat Cat Rescue" with the purpose of re-socializing abused and abandoned cats to make them adoptable. I also volunteer with: the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society monitoring cavity nesting birds during the breeding season; and the Global Ecology Lab at Stanford in a climate change study.
