Animals have been a part of my life since I was a child. I have always had cats. I have been lucky enough to have had a few dogs as well. Currently, I own three house cats. The mama, who was a stray with FIV, and her son who I have raised since he was 4 weeks old. He just had his 4th birthday. The third cat is almost 13 years old. I have a 55 gallon tank with African Cichlids and one well fed Plecostomus. I did have a Jack Russell, who was the apple of my eye. I am the resident pet sitter in both my old and new neighborhoods, looking after my friends' pets when they go away. Most recently, I pet sat a cat while my neighbor was away for two months due to a medical procedure. I also take their dog out for daily walks/play since they are not able. For other friends, I have looked after their cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, and ducks. I cannot go to Petsmart without first taking a tour by the kitties. I am also employed as a daily dog walker for the past 2 years to a wonderful Wheaten terrier. I would do anything to keep your furry family member happy and safe.
