I currently own four Shelties. I grew up with a lot of animals and have always loved animals. I have a lot of experience with birds I used to own a Severe Macaw and my family owned a Blue and Gold Macaw and a small aviary consisting of a breeding pair of peach faced Conures, a Quaker and a black capped Caique. When I was little we owned a pair of budgies I remember how exciting it would be letting them fly all over our bedroom. I have experience in hand feeding babies too. As a young teenager, I volunteered at a horse stable where I learned basic horse care such as mucking out stables and grooming. I also volunteered at a wildlife rescue center, and learned how to raise a variety of different kinds of baby birds and critters. I also have experience with whelping a litter of puppies and I bottle fed and weaned a litter of kittens. I also worked at a pet store and I am experienced with maintaining both fresh water and salt water tanks and small animal care.
