I am an animal lover :) I have been caring for friends and coworkers' animals for the past three years as I was working as a biologist. This job involved much extended travel time, and I was always the first to volunteer to take care of the animals while co-workers were out of town. I have had dogs my entire life, from the most mellow Husky to the most rambunctious Corgi I have ever seen, so I know how important it is to care for each animal according to their specific needs and personality. I have maintained up to 55 gal. freshwater fish tanks since I was about 10 years old. As a biologist, I also have experience owning and/or handling reptiles, small mammals, amphibians, and rodents, such as a bearded dragon, large green iguana, ferrets, rabbits, turtles/tortoises, and rats.
