My professional experience is in in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. I have made a reputation for myself as a reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and dedicated individual in my academic and professional fields as well as my personal life. This is why my teachers, managers, bosses, and co-workers have entrusted me with child care, pet care, and home sitting services. I have provided every aspect of child care service for children ages 6 months to 8 years. I have been entrusted with watching over homes for friends, family, co-workers and teachers usually for periods of three to five days. I have kept dogs overnight, taken them to the groomer as well as bathed them myself, taken them on long walks as well as to the dog park, I fed them their specified diet, as well as medications and vitamins. I am seeking a change in pace from the restaurant business to do something I love. I love all animals. I volunteered at Emma Pruch Farm Park in San Jose for six months, and the Don Edwards National Wild Life Refuge in Alviso for three months. I currently have an expired card from the American Red Cross for open water life guarding, First Aid and CPR certifications. I would only need to attend a refresher class to be re-certified. I love all animals but I am especially passionate about dogs because they have the most complex behavior issues than any other domesticated animals. I have dealt with all types of dogs from overly shy to overly aggressive. I disciplined them when necessary in the utmost humane manner.

My passion is helping others and the environment. I was taught to respect every plant since I was a child which fostered my passion for the environmental sciences.
