Take dogs out in middle of work day and get some of their energy worked off. They are not used to being home alone for more than 3-4 hours at a time and the younger one can't "hold it" for more than 4 hours at a time yet.

Our cat is very affectionate so he will need someone to pet him and feed him his treat everyday at 4:00. He may be a little shy at first as he will not be familiar with his care giver. Our hamster needs to be checked on a regular basis so he has water and food....
