I have always been an animal lover and always had a great connection with animals. I volunteered at the Humane Society in Dubuque, IA., and had a wonderful time walking the dogs through the woods and connecting with the cats. I have always had pets in my life, from dogs to cats, and hamsters to horses, and even frogs to mice; I love them all. One of my potential career options is a vet, however I don't know that I wouldn't cry every time an animal came in hurt. I just really love animals and don't have any of my own at the moment. I just lost my doberman pincher, due to the move to Indianapolis and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect with animals; they just make me so happy.

My dad bought me my first horse before I was even born. Every year, it was tradition for my dad and I to go trail riding/camping in the summer. It was a great experience. I would still love to go horseback riding.
