Most recently, I watched a rat terrier for an entire summer while his owner went back to school for her EMT certification, (she did this training in Minnesota while her dog Bentley and I stayed in Illinois). Bentley now lives in Hawaii because Jo Annes husband is a marine who moves around frequently.
