I was born into a life FILLED with wildlife. My father, through his travels, always brought home an abandoned or injured animal that he found out in the bush. I've cared for the animals, from the baby boars, deer, jackrabbits, ducks, snakes, and pigs, to the more common cats, dogs, hamsters, rabbits, etc. I've raised New Zealand rabbits and their young, cats and their young, and find that I get the most joy from just loving and caring for God's creatures. I get so much joy from this I volunteered for a while at the Richardson Animal Shelter and gained a lot of valuable knowledge in the process. Being a pet owner and having had experience in leaving my babies behind due to past jobs, I completely understand the feelings we go through having to leave our pets in the cages of shelters or vet's office's. I would guarantee your animal would receive loving care, and playful interaction while you're away.
