I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I am allergic to cats, but I can take an allergy pill if it's just one or two cats for a little while. I have always grown up with a pet, (mainly cats and dogs). I currently have two dogs, a Yorkshire terrier and an American blue heeler. Both dogs are dogs we rescued from a shelter. In addition to dog-sitting for friends and family for years, I also worked at the Seneca Park Zoo, (Rochester, NY), for a summer and gave presentations on various animals, (sea lions, elephants, orangutans, etc.).
