My name is Denise. The Cat's Meow is my cat sitting business. I have been cat sitting for 12 years. I have been a vet tech for the past 10 years, specializing in cat care. I service Arlington, Somerville, Cambridge, Medford, Watertown, Belmont, etc. I usually provide 2 visits a day. The number of visits depends on your preference and the needs of your cat(s). I charge per visit and offer reasonable rates. I clean the litter boxes and provide fresh food and water as per your cat's usual routine. I am able to provide administration of medications, insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids, if needed. I trim nails if you'd like (and your cat is okay with it!!) I also take in mail and water plants. I spend "attention/play time" with your cats if it is something they enjoy. In my experience, I find some cats like more contact than others. I try to feel the cats out and have you tell me what their personalities are like. My goal is to keep your cats as stress free as possible when you are away. I am available on short notice, 7 days a week and holidays. I do not charge for our initial consultation, where I meet you and your cat(s) and provide more details about my services and references. I am owned by cats myself, and I treat every cat I care for the way I treat my cats.
