Our goal is to provide the finest Companion Services in the marketplace today. Our desire is to ensure your Senior family member will be able to live in their own home for as long as medically possible, while providing the extended family the peace of mind they richly deserve at an affordable price.
Our Caregivers are all licensed, experienced, loving individuals who
have passed a through individual Florida State and Federal AHCA Level 2 Background Check. These aren't simply your usual run of the mill, punch in punch out professionals.
Our Companion Caregivers come to work every day because they believe in our mission to bring comfort and dignity while being keenly aware of the sensitivities as our Senior clients truly wish to live their life in their own home for as long as possible.
Palm Beach Companion Care will do an initial intake with the family to assess the needs on a case by case basis before any Companion Care is provided. Once this protocol is established to be in the "best interest" of the Senior client a Companion Caregiver will be matched to meet the needs and desires of each individual family.
If it is determined that the client needs a higher level of care such as a Home Health Agency or possibly an Assisted Living Facility, we would refer you to a provider that fits your immediate needs.
If for some reason the match we provided isn't compatible with our Senior client, we will take immediate steps to find another compatible Companion Caregiver until we meet the standards set forth in the initial client intake.
Our Case Manager believes in personal involvement in each Companion Services case by making weekly to bi-weekly visits to the home to ensure the level of Companion Services being provided is exceptional and way above the norm in South Florida.

My name is Dr. Ronald Mash. I have known Tony B, The owner, for over 15 years. He's a man of high integrity. He cares he listens and he gets great results for his clientele. Tony has many fine caregivers for the clients. He's a smaller caregiving business and thus can give personal attention to the clients.
If you were thinking about doing it yourself understand that you will have to hire, screen and do so many activities. What will you do when hey Caregiver quit suddenly? Or just doesn't show up to work? How will you handle payroll? Tax forms. The list goes on!
Frankly we have tried that approach ourselves and it's not short of a nightmare! I highly encourage you to contact Tony and you'll see that an agency will not cost you any more!
I trust Tony. He's a good man. And his workers are good people.

Tony is excellent. I have complete peace of mind knowing Tony and his team are managing the care of my Mom. She is in Boyton Beach, I am in the Detroit area. Managing my Mom's care from a distance is a challenge. I have had a tremendous experience with Tony & Palm Beach Companion Care. A true life saver!

I've spoken withTony, the owner, several times to help us determine how to deal with our sensitive situation. He has the biggest heart, while being very professional. He diligently trains his staff to be sympathetic of their clients' physical and emotional pain and suffering. I hope that my Dad will be accepting of the help he needs, and that I can work with Tony to provide that care. If so, I feel confident that Tony will do virtual cartwheels to keep things running smoothly. As I said, Tony's very professional, AND, he's a mensch!
