Save yourself the headache and avoid Molly Maid. While the 2-person crew did a nice job, the service is very pricey and the customer service is horrendous. I canceled one appointment in 2011, due to the summer holidays. I provided the agreed upon notice. However, since the cancellation threw my frequency schedule off, my account rep decided to charge me the "hourly rate," which was never quoted nor cleared with me ahead of time. Instead of the agreed upon $116 to clean a 3 bedroom house, I was charged $153. After repeated attempts to contact my account representative, I chose to cancel the service. The person who handled my cancelation request was quite responsive and understanding--too bad she wasn't my account rep.
