At our tour of this location my daughter was playing with a wooden kitchen set that wasn't secure and nearly fell on top of her. That should have been our first clue about their standards of safety. In just three weeks we experienced several issues here. My daughter has food allergies and was given food to take home that she could not eat. She came home with a scraped knee without any incident report or explanation from the staff. Finally, her godmother came to pick her up for the first time, and was carelessly let in by a parent leaving. She was never asked for an ID or checked to see if she was on the pickup list. To make matters worse, she was asked by a so-called teacher if she was my daughter's mother. When she replied no, she was still allowed to leave with my child. After filing a formal complaint I was told by the corporate office that they had a zero tolerance policy for not ID-ing pickups and they would terminate the staff that was involved. It's been nearly a month and I haven't received a call back. I guess there's a not so zero tolerance policy! Do NOT trust the staff here with your child.

I applied for a job at this facility. Upon sitting down to fill out an application, my then two year old son handed me a screwdriver and some screws that had been left within a toddler's reach.
The washroom was dirty with an overflowing wastebasket.
To top it all off, the manager looked at me and sneered, "Any childcare experience?" Um, hello??? I have a 4 year old and a two year old RIGHT HERE with me! Are you serious?!?!
