When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:
- Verifies profile information for accuracy
- Cross checks the Better Business Bureau for accreditation and reputation ratings
- Conducts an online media search for negative, newsworthy incidents
- Performs an overall reputation check by reading a sample of online reviews

Michal has been nothing short of outstanding with my son. He has several food allergies which has been a a battle in itself, she has taken on his dietary needs with enthusiasm and passion. I never have to worry about him having something he shouldn't have as she is very attentive in that department. Her interaction with him is more than just "another child" she's watching she truly treats him and myself as family. Her prices are more than reasonable and as long as your communicating with her she will work with you with any hurdles you may encounter. As a single mother she has help me keep peace of mind as I'm working and going to school.

The childcare setting was very colorful and creative. The facility was clean, welcoming, and fun. She teaches the children Spanish, she has a curriculum, and the children are NOT just sitting around watching tv at all. She interacts with the children very well. She gets down on the floor and plays with the children. She has everything a child would need and more to play with.
I sat there watching her with the children. They all love her. Her interaction with the parents are amazing. She greets them and their children with big smiles. She has a very bubbly personality. My children are going to start next week. She even has weekend children. Michal is a person who truly has a passion to work with children. I can't wait until my children start with her. Her hours are great. She even does "drop in care". -Mariah B.

My regular babysitter was sick and I was able to drop my baby off at Michal's. Michal answered my ad right away and was prompt with communication, which was nice since I had less than 24 hours to find someone to watch my baby. The first floor of her home was dedicated as the daycare center. It was very clean and nice. She made me up a list of feedings, naps, and what they did that day. My 4 month old has separation anxiety, but took to Michal right away. Her rates were reasonable.
