When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:

- Conducts an online media search for negative, newsworthy incidents
- Performs an overall reputation check by reading a sample of online reviews

Our son has been going to Kids Academy since January and it has been such a great experience. They keep us tuned in to our baby's every move, so w are never left worrying or wondering how our son's doing. Carrie has also given me some very helpful advice. It took a lot looking around to find a daycare I was happy with, and I couldn't be happier with Kids Academy.

Took my daughter here for parents night out and was more than satisfied with their service and prices. Was actually able to enjoy my night without having to worry about if my baby was missing mommy. Carrie did a great job sending me text messages to keep me updated on how she was doing. Will certainly use again next time I need care.
