How to 'fire' a nanny on the site

I had a no-show. How on earth do I remove this person from my 'my caregivers' page? I can't find a button anywhere to get rid of this person...

I am trying to figure out the same thing! I had a no show and I want her off my caregivers page...It currently states that she works for me...Does anyone know how to do this??

Under the 'my caregivers' section, on the picture of the person, there is an X in the upper right hand corner of the picture. Click that to remove someone!
