How to find a family to nanny share?

it'll depend on where you live- some areas are really expensive- NY and DC- and its pretty normal to do a nanny share. However, in other areas, you might just have to spread the word by mouth and see if you can find someone else in your boat! IN DC, the nanny my friend has is paid $1000/week for 2 babies (each family pays $500/week). Where I live, you can get a nanny for 3 kids for less than $500/week.
