Help with Housekeeping, Children and Dog

I am a married 29-year-old female. I have two beautiful and active girls and two dogs. I have a medical illness and need help with some of the simple things around the house. I need help with washing and putting away laundry, changing bed sheets, house cleaning including reorganizing and decluttering. The job includes helping me with my girls and dogs. I will supply the cleaning products and I am a little picky on how the laundry is washed and the bathrooms are cleaned, other than that we are a pretty easy going family. We are looking for someone with a very flexible schedule and lives no more than 20 minutes from our home. Our day changes from one minute to the next and is also filled with a lot of doctor appointments. Right now, I am needed help once a week either on Mondays or Fridays. Depending on my health and you, I may require additional help. I am very interested in forming a close working relationship.
