Hello, our family of four just moved to Virginia Beach from Los Angeles, and we are looking for a weekly home-keeping assistant. We need help with a wide variety of around the house projects from cleaning the kitchen, doing dishes, laundry, ironing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, neatening up rooms, making and changing beds, reorganizing, straightening, preparing the house for entertaining, occasionally minor sewing, etc. Since we are just moving into our new home, at the beginning there will be a lot of wiping and dusting and some unpacking of boxes. There are a lot of varying projects and each day is a little different. We are good, easy going people who often find we have so much on our plates that we could use another set of hands to keep our home neat and projects completed. We need someone who is trustworthy, flexible, easy going, and committed to doing a good job. I work at home and enjoy the company and find it motivating when someone else nearby is also focused on being productive at the same time I need to be. We look forward to talking with you. Tammy.

In order to find the right match I am adding the following to be perfectly clear about what our needs are and who we are looking for. This position is:

* one full-day or two half days a week.
* needs to occur between 9-3 routinely with occasional weekends as additional times.
* requires a lot of dealing with dirty dishes and cleaning a fairly large kitchen.
* also requires doing lots of laundry care and a steady stream of ironing.
* a cleaning position, not a regular child care position, though it may happen occasionally.
* in the 23455 zip code.
* for a NON-Smoker.
* for someone with regularly reliable transportation.
* for someone who wants this as a long-term position, not someone who wants a fill-in position this month or this year.
* for an individual, not a cleaning crew.
* This position pays up to $10.00 an hour.
