I am first, and foremost, a dedicated to Christ Christian.

All told, I have more than 20 years' experience in home, yacht, property, people pet care, (healthy) gourmet food preparation and service - caring for people, their homes, boats, children, pets, horses, in both private and institutional venues.
I have taken care of middle-class and multimillion dollar homes and yachts, and have also attended to elderly and children - (toddlers, school age)- pets from hamsters to horses.
I am very careful and interactive with children, very much enjoy them, like to help them learn, develop, sensibly, creatively, safely.
I would never strike, harm a child, physically or psychologically, or allow others to, and would adhere to all parental wishes.
I love all sorts of (housebroken, non-biting) animals. I am motivated, self-directed, pleasant professional who is sensitive to the rhythms of a household, and the needs of its inhabitants for privacy.
I am organized, efficient, but easy-going, very conscious of needs for privacy and safety, patient with people, genuinely
I am also very aware of using the right products, methods for the particular job at hand, and try to organize my tasks to best suit the needs of those involved, their rhythms, their need for privacy. I am very knowledgeable about which methods, products are appropriate for whatever task, and can safely maintain fabrics, fine finishes, wood, stone, and leather. And, as have many "handy person" skills, can effect most all typical home maintenance needs, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, also help with yard, garden, and pool.
I am also a pretty good cook for smaller parties, (healthy, organic preferences) had in 2005 obtained the NREA"S "Safe-Serv Food Manager's certificate (the restaurant industry's professional standard for safe food handling, storage.) And I am very conscious of safety hygiene, no matter what the task.
I am considered personable,"genuine" professional, a good manager of time and can ably supervise other (off-site) service personnel contractors. I am also computer literate,- Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint- and able to help with a small office, and/or create, maintain, monitor a household budget. I take my responsibilities seriously but am an affable, easy-going person to be around, and as all my references can attest-consistently throughout the years. I am a very honest, trustworthy, (hate drugs, don't party).
