She had rescheduled twice and then twice more due to an injury to her wrist, which I of course understood. I decided to give her a chance as I am a mom to two littles and in need of help. Valerie told me she could get everything I needed done. I was so excited. She then arrived 5 mins. early, which is also nice. She told me she would bring her green products, but as I asked her what she was going to use to clean my furniture, she informed me she had not brought "that" product today. This happened twice. She started by cleaning my basement which only needed vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of blinds, French door and also bathroom. It took her almost two whole hours to do that. She vacuumed very poorly, did not move anything and the blinds are dusty and still dirty. She did not vacuum the stairs. She did not do one thing to my MB, except dusting around objects on my dresser. Nothing else was dusted, she wiped the bathroom floor but didn't clean anything else. My bed was not made and the sheets which I had asked her to change upon her arrival, were still on my unmade bed. She dusted my baby boy's room, but very poorly, their bathroom was not washed, she did not clean the floors, the toilet was not cleaned. She only wiped the mirror and sink...did not wash. She changed my daughter's sheets but did not dust anything and did a very, very poor job of vacuuming and placed a shelf over where it was dirty and needed to be vacuumed on the carpet . She did no take the trash out and on my main floor, she did dusting on 2 or 3 places and only swept (very poorly) half of the floor and mopped because I asked her to after she had informed me she had to leave at 2:30. She arrived at 9. I was cleaning the kitchen while she was here because she did not. I don't understand what she was doing this whole time because it's not like she just didn't do it well, it was that she just didn't do anything. The few things she did do, was an embarrassment and I had to spend all day redoing and continuing the job today. The toilets were dirty, everything dusty and dirty. I wasn't going to write a review, but I feel offended and robbed. I feel like I have been taken advantage of because of my kindness. I made her lunch. I picked up things off the floor, my kids had a couple of toys out of place and that's it. I was naive and a little dumb, frankly. But I have learned my lesson. I was so disappointed I actually called a cleaning company the same day and had them come out and give me an estimate. I will be paying more but I believe I will get my money's worth and time. Time I want to spend with my children which I spoke to Valerie about. I told her I don't get any sleep, I do everything myself, but my health was not doing great and I really needed the help. I just feel hurt, offended because she took me for an idiot. And stressed. Very sad. And on top of it all, I paid her the full agreed amount. What an idiot I was!
That said, she seems like a nice person. But not trustworthy as she was not honest about cleaning. I just wish I could post the pics I took of everything.
Wish I could be giving a great review and sad I can't.
