Hello, My name is Twyla. I have been very successful in cleaning houses for the past seven years, and then having my own business with a co-owner, from 2006 to the end of 2007, and being voted "Best of Amador County in 2007". I mostly worked for the elderly and retired. I enjoy cleaning and making people happy. I also enjoy cleaning because I can work around my son's school and holidays, allowing me to have a schedule to help out in his class and spend time with my family, which is very important to me. I have recently moved to Sacramento and I am looking forward to meeting some new people and to start working again. I am dependable, on time, flexible, attention detailed, patient, caring, trustworthy and easy to get along with. I am now working for the school district, my days available are weekends, or during the week when there is breaks and vacations for the district, and of course I will be available through summer vacation during the week. I am available for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. I can be flexible with my days, making special arrangements ahead of time to accommodate you. I am also negotiable to work with you with my prices as long as they are in reason. Please give me a try, I will do a good job, and I'm sure you will be happy.
Services I provide: cobwebs removed, window sills and door frames cleaned, mirrors cleaned, pictures dusted, carpets and stairs vacuumed, wastebaskets emptied into kitchen basket, outside of all appliances cleaned, range hood and stove top cleaned, cabinet doors wiped down, back splash and counter tops cleaned, sinks cleaned, floors mopped, tub and shower cleaned, toilets cleaned, and a reminder call the day before. I will never "not" show up without calling. In the event that I am unable to make a scheduled appointment or will be late, I will contact you ahead of time to make other arrangements. If upon a scheduled appointment and you are not at home, and there has not been a 2-12 hour notice to reschedule, or change time, there will be a show up fee in the amount of $10. 00 (unless arrangements have been made with me to leave a door unlocked or a key for me to enter). Please give me a two week notice of cancellation for my services.
