I've been cleaning a senior citizenship's house and find it rewarding to make the house "shine" when she is not able to do this anymore.
I empty all trash to outside cans, dust everywhere, including lights, fans and window treatments. I will wash windows and baseboards monthly. As far as particulars for each room:
Bathroom:
I will clean the bathroom toilet, shower mirror, cabinet
faces, scrub floor by hand, wash throw rug and/or
shower curtain if/when needed.
Kitchen:
I will wash table top, appliances, counter tops, do dishes
mop or vacuum floor and if there is a window above sink
it will be cleaned every time.
Bedrooms:
I will vacuum and make beds, including changing sheets
& pillowcases if desired.

I am open to special or extra requests any time, only requesting advance notice. I charge $20/hr on a weekly basis, $25/hr for every other week or $30/hr hour for once a month. These rates can be negotiated, depending on your needs and lifestyle. I will bring my own cleaning supplies including a vacuum and mop, however if you have certain preferences, I will use your products. I will provide references and am offering 20% off a first cleaning.
