Christine, Yes, I did not mapquest it. I assumed Astubula was close to me at first because I see a sign for it when I travel in the area. However, much to my dismay it was out of my way. You are entitled to your opinion. I am honest and I did send you a message back explaining that I was not sure where Astubula was. I am sorry that this upset you but we never did set up a date or time or actually speak on the phone. I could see if I was already set up to come out as an established cleaner but to put this on my review because you have a problem with me messaging you? Really? I am my own person and I am not a business. However, I do make mistakes with navigation. I DO provide an outstanding job cleaning and I am communicative which I am proudly stand behind. I changed the schedule only with her permission as she told me it was not a big deal. I told her I would still come out that day, but she said it was fine to wait. Jennifer relies on texting when I tried calling her several times with no response after I cleaned her house and she left telling me she would be back and pay me. She did not return and I left. I called and she did respond that day but told me I could come back for payment. I did and she still was not at the house. I did not hear back from her for hours until evening. She texted me telling me should would send the payment in the mail. She did not. It was a few days later when I called her and no answer. I texted her and asked for the payment once again. She texted and told me she went back to school and people in the house were sick so she would send it on that day. Still, no payment. I texted her again one last time asking why I have not received payment and she got mad texting me non stop telling me she could not believe I would talk to her that way when I simply asked for why I have not received a payment. I am not going to argue with a client, but this woman was in the wrong and for some reason I was the guilty party? I left my jacket back at her house and I wanted it back. I do not see me getting my jacket back. This was a sad case. I have clients who are much more professional and pay me when the job is done without giving me a song and dance with aggravation. She is entitled to her opinion. I respect that but then there is truth and reliability and I have been more than honest and dependable. You can ask any of my references and then tell you that. As for the price I charge $60 and up depending on the details of the clean. Once it is cleaned (consistently) key word here.. then I charge a consistent price of $60. 00.
