I have know Shannon for several years now and I have trusted her with my family on many occasions. Having a 10 year old son and 4 grandchildren, she is always happy and pleasant with them. She is a very honest and forthcoming human being, and I would not trade her for the world. She has been "adopted" into our family and is treated as one of our own.
