My mother cleaned homes for over 15 years. While I was in school, her cleaning partner would go on long summer vacations and I would step up and help. From approximately 10-years-old to 17-years-old, I assisted my mother with it until her disabilities made it impossible. I have some mild disabilities myself, but I am able to dust, glass clean/indoor window cleaning, clean mirrors, bathroom and kitchen, vacuum and mop, make beds, remove cob webs.
