I have done this work since childhood (literally). My first big job was at 12 years old for my elementary school reading teacher. I made about $400.
I typically start at the very door of a room and work my way counter-clockwise around the wall of that room.
In extreme cases where I have to climb hills of debris I go to the farthest accessible corner of the room and work my way out.
I prefer to work alone but customer supervision does not bother or intimidate me.
I will work directly with you. There are no middle employees between me and the client.
For large jobs I require 1/2 of the agreed upon fee and the full budget for the purchase of supplies up front.
