This lady came and interviewed. We offered her the job. She did not show up. Then when I reposted she applied again??? She seems nice, but I was in a bind the day she was supposed to start.

I called this person several times to give me her schedule so that I could plan for her request. However, she texted me two hours before she was to go to a concert. I never saw the text until the next day. To reply to me posting again to her ad, care. com is a first name with the last name being a initial website. In addition, she has no photo. I have very good references and I am sorry that this person was disappointed. More
