We hired Natalia to clean our apartment in Manhattan and I could not be happier with the result. She arrived for an interview right on time and is a very pleasant person to talk to. She was extremely flexible with the days and hours we requested to our satisfaction. She spent many hours in the apartment for a deep initial cleaning (although our apartment was "cleaned" regularly by a company..) and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and organized. When I came back home, it looked and smelled clean, everything was in place and I could tell a lot of work was put into it. this is an impression I never had after a cleaning (except for when I clean it myself..). So, in sum, Natalia is one of these rare people in this business that really care about the work they are doing. It is truth she charges more than average, but the end result just worth every penny. I highly recommend her and already hired her on a regular basis.

I'm not one who usually writes reviews, but I have to write one for Natalia. She is absolutely amazing. She showed up for her interview promptly (even a few minutes early) and was clearly an honest, diligent, friendly and responsible person. She has been working with us for a little over a month and we could not be happier with the work she does. Our house is beautifully clean when she leaves. She takes such good care of our home and our belongings and cleans like no one has ever cleaned our home. Not only does she clean though, she organizes and makes sure everything is back exactly where it needs to be. In terms of honesty - we came home to find a container she had labeled "$ $" where she placed stray coins she had found while cleaning. In terms of kindness, not only is she an obviously genuinely sweet person to the adults, but she listened to my daughter tell her all about her day at school and was so patient and kind with her as well. In terms of her work - our bathrooms, oven, fridge, bookshelves, windows, laundry, floors, stairs...everything sparkles after Natalia leaves and we always look forward to her return. This is coming from someone who definitely is a bit obsessive compulsive when it comes to cleaning, so when I say she cleans well " it means she really really cleans well. Obviously, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a gem and anyone who hires her will be glad they did.
