Mary Lou is very kind and considerate. She makes my mother feel good because she feels she can trust her. She shows care for my mother by helping her with her medicine and keeps an eye on her in case she might fall. She is very punctual if not early and is not in a rush to get out when her time is up. She seems up to the challenge of keeping up with my mother.
