I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia in a very humble home. My father was a janitor, and my mother would clean homes for a living. I would always accompany her and help her with chores. When we came to this country, my mother didn't clean houses until I was a lot older since she had to stay home and care for me, my brother and two sisters. As time went on and we were older, she started cleaning homes. When apartments were big, she would ask for my help, which was perfect because at that time I was going to college. Although I can't say that housekeeping is my profession, I must say that I love the feeling of leaving a sparkly clean house.
