I supervised all catered parties ranging in size from 8 to 100 people. I was responsible for hiring and supervising outside cleaning services for semi-annual overhaul of both homes. I was thorough and gave careful cleaning of fine china, antiques, collectibles, and other valuables as well as detailed polishing of all silver throughout the home.
