My name is Leah. I am 21 years old, and a student at a university. I am in Ashburn for the summer with my husband who is doing an internship in D.C, and I am looking for a nanny and/or housekeeping job. I am the youngest of seven children and I have 21 nieces and nephews who I have had the opportunity to care for and help my siblings with throughout the years. I am also First Aid and CPR certified, and I hold a food handler's permit, a driver's license, and have my own mode of transportation. I am highly devoted to projects that I undertake and I give my best work above and beyond what is required. I hope as I care for your children that I will be able to magnify my job beyond just caring for basic needs, like cooking and cleaning, but that I will also be able to teach your children skills and knowledge that I possess. During the time I'm watching your children, I hope it is spent off of the couch and outside doing activities that are recreational, intellectually stimulating, or that are an outlet for your child's creativity. I am honest and virtuous, and I will work to instill moral development in your child's character by being a constant example to your child as I realize the responsibility I have in helping rear your child in conjunction with you. I am a skilled cook and I find joy in homemaking and care taking, because it provides me a chance to serve others and feed that natural "nurture nature" I possess. I also strive to make the environment I live in a place of cleanliness, because that is a very important aspect of a person's inner and exterior happiness. I love the outdoors and I frequently organize recreational activities that are creative and wholesome ways for others and I to spend our free time. I am full of energy and life.
