Growing up, I had to dust, vacuum, and organize my room every weekend. I also had to clean my bathroom every weekend and occasionally dust and vacuum the rest of the house when my mother asked. I also participated in a giant "spring cleaning" in January. I took everything out of closets, threw things away that needed to be trashed, dusted, vacuumed, and reorganized each room in a 10 room house - over 10 years of things needed going through. Got it done in 5 hours a day for 3 days. I was continually asked to go to my aunt's and clean up after my cousin who lets her living area get disastrous.
I work full time in Oconomowoc as a manager but I usually have some time in the morning to come clean or any time on Saturday.
